The Slow Cooked Bears are a London based, Alternative Rock trio served with dashes of Shoegaze and Punk.

The bands debut single, electronic rock anthem “Space Odyssey” was released independently against the odds during the Covid-19 pandemic and even as a band member battled cancer.

"Big and bold synth laced soundscapes with symphonic guitar tones that sound like they can soundtrack a thriller at the cinema, fast paced drums that matches our heartbeat and dominating vocals that you can't help but shout back at when you're listening to it."

Follow up “The Grand Scheme” saw the band running around London with protest signs, devil masks and getting into trouble with local authorities as they took aim at the whole of society and turned that criticism inward.

“It kicks in with a big swaggering blues riff and burns into a grungy alt-rock descending chord sequence for the chorus. It’s hooky as hell”

Working with producer Michael Smith whose former clients included Wolf Alice, the band took a massive leap forward with their latest single “We’ll Never Be Apart” which was picked up and used by ITV’s “This Morning”.

"The instrumentals, the riffs in this song are so so impressive, I find this song a luxurious listening experience, its very much indulgent to my ears "

On the 2nd November 2023  the band embarked on a unique release schedule, for their live EP “Dawn to dusk“.

With authenticity and high energy on the agenda, every song was tracked “live” and captured in its own unique video over the course of a single day.

Weekly videos were posted  on the bands YouTube channel, with a full release on all streaming platforms on the 8th December 2023.
